Job Summary:

We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team. As a Patient Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering their questions and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and insurance information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information required.
