About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Register new clients for services, verify insurance information, and schedule appointments
- Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages
- Scan documents to electronic health records, copy, file, and archive charts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clerical support role
- Computer skills and experience working with electronic health records
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish speaking a plus
