Dental Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team at Larkin Agency. As a Dental Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dental offices in Manhattan.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Provide administrative support to medical staff, including data entry and filing
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Handle billing and insurance-related tasks, including verifying coverage and collecting payments
- 2+ years experience as an Office Manager in a dentist office is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
