Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Oversee patient scheduling, manage collections and receivables, procure supplies, and navigate other operational expenses.
- Staff Supervision: Monitor staff productivity, provide guidance and support as needed, and ensure compliance with dental standards.
- Training and Development: Coordinate staff training on patient care, equipment maintenance, and compliance with dental regulations.
- Experience: At least one year of experience as an office manager in a dental office.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading a team and making informed decisions.
- Dental Knowledge: Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $60,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
