Emergency Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Professional to join our team at Princeton Community Hospital. As an integral member of our emergency medicine department, you will provide comprehensive care to patients, collaborate with healthcare teams, and contribute to the development of innovative practice changes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage comprehensive and individualized care for emergency medicine patients and their families
- Coordinate hospitalization and ambulatory care services
- Conduct pre-procedure evaluations and integrated assessments
- Order additional tests or consults as deemed appropriate
- Communicate results of diagnostic tests and abnormal findings
- Develop and implement comprehensive plans of care
- Coordinate patient discharge and follow-up appointments
- Master's Degree in Nursing or equivalent
- National Certification as an APRN
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in West Virginia
- American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certification
- ACNP or FNP certification
- American Heart Association PALS certification
