Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail sales or customer service, along with strong communication abilities. Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer requirements and provide tailored solutions and assistance.
  • Facilitate and support all facets of sales operations, including initial inquiries, lead generation, proposal development, referrals, and contract management.
  • Collaborate with clients to explore suitable financing options for projects.
  • Engage with municipal authorities to ensure all necessary documentation for city permits is secured for projects.
  • Assist sales and division managers in establishing efficient business processes to enhance program execution.
  • Organize follow-up meetings with clients as needed.
  • Maintain customer relationships by communicating delivery timelines and updates, while also recommending products as appropriate.
  • Evaluate and address various client inquiries related to sales activities and support for external sales personnel.
  • Work in partnership with internal departments to ensure adherence to sales administrative procedures and standardization.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to deliver sales documentation and meet customer needs.
  • Monitor orders and respond to all customer inquiries regarding orders and products.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Previous experience in retail sales and customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP software is advantageous.
Compensation

Salary Range: $25 - $28 per hour
