POSITION & REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY:

We are seeking a remarkable Regional Sales Executive, committed to excellence, high performance, and a robust work ethic, who shares our enthusiasm for enhancing medical education and patient safety.

As an integral member of the regional sales team, the primary goal of this role is to forge relationships with both prospective and existing clients while driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities within the designated region. They must be self-sufficient and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Building strong relationships and upholding the reputation and brand of Elevate Healthcare is essential.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Forecast, achieve, and surpass assigned sales targets through direct sales of Elevate Healthcare products and services.
  • Identify business opportunities to retain existing revenue while expanding product usage and increasing customer engagement.
  • Effectively manage and grow the assigned territory.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Create, update, and implement the Territory Sales Business Plan, outlining strategies, tactics, and milestones to achieve company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Zone Sales Manager to build a targeted client account list.
  • Focus on customer relationships to ensure retention of existing revenue while broadening product usage.
  • Provide accurate pipeline management and reporting, executing tactical sales plans.
  • Engage with prospective customers to promote Elevate Healthcare products and programs.
  • Achieve sales by delivering technical product information and demonstrations, showcasing financial, clinical, and patient benefits.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that align with company standards.
  • Develop productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Participate in conferences and organize regional sales events to enhance Elevate Healthcare's visibility and generate leads.
  • Gather and maintain accurate information on lost business.
  • Continuously learn and stay informed about Elevate Healthcare's products, services, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide regular market feedback on products, competition, and market conditions to Product Marketing.
  • Coordinate with other company personnel as needed to ensure customer satisfaction, including support resources, team members, and management.
  • Assist in establishing and adhering to sales policies, pricing guidelines, and best practices for Elevate Healthcare's offerings.
  • Become proficient in the healthcare simulation industry.
  • Timely and accurately fulfill Sales Administration duties, including:
  1. Expense reporting in accordance with Elevate's Travel & Entertainment Policy.
  2. Reporting on conferences, trade shows, and workshops.
  3. Organized management of company assets.
  4. Updating the customer database.
  5. Special team assignments as required.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and respect for colleagues, customers, and prospects.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Reside within the assigned territory.
  • Work effectively in a virtual and remote setting.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to follow up professionally and close opportunities.
  • Ability to learn and retain product-specific information relevant to the role.
  • Organized individual with a proven track record of managing diverse accounts.
  • Proactive hunter, skilled in solution-based selling and established closing techniques.
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory, including travel by car or plane.
  • Proficient in office technology and Microsoft Office applications.
PREFERRED:
  • Prior experience in medical simulation, medical devices, or medical education.
  • Direct business-to-business territory sales experience.
  • Documented success in establishing and nurturing sustainable relationships.
  • Experience with major client relationship management systems.
  • University degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • Experience with extended sales cycles (8 to 15 months).
  • Familiarity with the purchasing processes of state academic institutions, hospitals, universities, community colleges, and technical schools.
  • Experience in medical simulation.
GENERAL:
  • Comply with and enforce all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures while representing Elevate Healthcare.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including Elevate's Code of Business Conduct and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain the security of all proprietary information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to lift or push weights up to 50 pounds (simulators).
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
STATUS: Exempt
