The Senior Account Manager will work closely with the Florida leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Southwest Florida region. This includes building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within government and public safety organizations, driving targeted campaigns, and developing opportunities for Motorola Solutions' products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a trusted advisor to influence customer technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty for Motorola Solutions.
- Proactively develop opportunities encompassing a wide range of products and services.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within and outside of public safety, including government officials and industry leaders.
- Develop strategies to position long-term opportunities for Motorola Solutions.
- Develop Motorola procurement vehicles for multiple solutions to be leveraged, increasing Motorola's presence across an entire customer account.
- Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience or 8+ years of sales/public safety experience.
- Must live in Florida.
25-50% travel to customers in the Southwest Florida region.
