We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Infant Program Coordinator to become a part of our team.

As an Infant Program Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Creating a warm and inviting classroom environment for infants to learn, play, and develop

Applying a growth mindset to nurture young minds and inspire a passion for learning

Establishing a safe and supportive environment where children can engage in play and learning.


Maintaining regular communication with parents, sharing updates on their children's experiences and accomplishments through various methods, including mobile applications and personal conversations.

Collaborating with center staff and leadership to support the center's success in achieving enrollment and engagement goals.

Building relationships with families and colleagues to create a vibrant environment where play and learning coexist seamlessly.

Do You:
Possess a genuine enthusiasm for the education and care of infants?

Have at least one year of professional experience as an Infant Program Coordinator (preferred) or six months of experience working with infants in a childcare environment (required)?

Hold an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required)?
