We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Infant Teacher to join our Montessori team at Guidepost Montessori. Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and understand the individual needs of each child, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Prepare a beautiful and orderly environment that promotes trust, exploration, and independence.
  • Cultivate independence and self-confidence by helping children develop essential life skills.
  • Form strong relationships with parents, communicating effectively and collaboratively to provide the best possible care for each child.
Requirements
  • Interest in pursuing certified Montessori training through our Prepared Montessorian Institute (fully-sponsored) or have previously obtained a Montessori diploma.
  • Experience working with children ages 0-3 in a group setting, such as daycare, aftercare, or childcare.
  • Familiarity with child-led philosophies, such as Reggio Emilia or Montessori, and/or a willingness to learn more.
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development credits or Colorado Shines.
