Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our office team. As an HVAC Dispatcher, you will be responsible for:

  • Using Service Titan software to take customer calls and provide excellent customer service.
  • Dispatching and scheduling service calls to field technicians to provide prompt, convenient service and time/mileage-efficient routes.
  • Updating and informing clients on maintenance requirements and new services.
  • Providing basic office duties.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, phone skills, and a working knowledge of Service Titan, Microsoft Office, email, and internet. They will also have organizational skills, time management skills, communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

As an HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone.
  • Dispatching and scheduling service calls to field technicians.
  • Updating and informing clients on maintenance requirements and new services.
  • Providing basic office duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails.
