As a Lead Infant Educator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a warm and engaging classroom atmosphere for infants to learn, play, and develop.
  • Utilizing a growth mindset to inspire young minds and foster a love for learning.
  • Establishing a safe and nurturing environment conducive to play and learning.
  • Maintaining regular communication with parents, sharing updates on their children's experiences and milestones through various channels.
  • Supporting the success of the center by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet enrollment and engagement objectives.
  • Building strong relationships with families and colleagues to create a dynamic space where play and learning occur naturally.

Do You:

  • Possess a genuine passion for the education and care of infants?
  • Have at least one year of experience as a Lead Infant Educator (preferred) or six months of experience in a childcare setting (required)?
  • Hold an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required)?
