As a Lead Infant Educator, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a warm and engaging classroom atmosphere for infants to learn, play, and develop.
- Utilizing a growth mindset to inspire young minds and foster a love for learning.
- Establishing a safe and nurturing environment conducive to play and learning.
- Maintaining regular communication with parents, sharing updates on their children's experiences and milestones through various channels.
- Supporting the success of the center by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet enrollment and engagement objectives.

Do You:
- Possess a genuine passion for the education and care of infants?
- Have at least one year of experience as a Lead Infant Educator (preferred) or six months of experience in a childcare setting (required)?
- Hold an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required)?
