Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate meetings with Stanford and partner leadership and stakeholders to drive collaboration and innovation
  • Streamline and drive the contract process to ensure successful project execution
  • Define project objectives and key results, oversee execution, and report back metrics and dashboards to key constituents
  • Project manage large, complex projects across multiple internal Stanford departments and external partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and ten years of progressively responsible, relevant project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to organize work and manage multiple projects
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of university operations, administration, community, and mission
