Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Account Manager to establish and nurture strong relationships with enterprise clients, selling workforce solutions including consulting, staffing, and managed services.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise in consultative selling to strategic accounts, driving growth and revenue through effective client partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain deep relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sell workforce solutions, including consulting, staffing, and managed services, to maximize sales potential and enhance client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including subject matter experts from Cella's Consulting teams, to present and qualify opportunities beyond staffing.
  • Negotiate expectations, terms, conditions, and pricing of services with new clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan within your assigned market territory, incorporating a land & expand approach to drive growth and revenue.
  • Prioritize and manage your opportunity pipeline, working closely with internal partners and leadership to pursue, nurture, and land opportunities.
  • Expand client relationships via all Cella service lines and contract mechanisms, leveraging consultative sales meetings to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the creative and digital marketing sectors, with a focus on consultative selling to strategic accounts.
  • Proven track record of closing complex sales in the solutions and IT/Creative staffing space within large and nationally/globally distributed customers.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present services at all levels of a client organization and via various mediums.
  • Knowledge of strategic selling concepts and consultative sales practices.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
