Senior Sales Executive

CompensationThe annual base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $125,000. In addition to a competitive base salary, the successful candidate will have opportunities to earn commissions and bonuses based on individual and company performance. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and paid time off benefits, rounds out the total compensation package.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development and existing account expansion. Your expertise will be leveraged to qualify business opportunities, develop strategic relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Achieve growth objectives through prospecting, lead response, and relationship building with Mid-Tier and Fortune 1000 companies.
- Qualify business opportunities by identifying scope of projects and initiatives, decision makers, stakeholders, and overall scope of opportunity.
- Develop new account relationships and expand existing accounts within an established geographic territory.
- Maintain and grow existing client revenues through cross-selling of ePlus core competencies.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Proven success selling to Managed Accounts at the CXO and VP level.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or Engineering fields preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in selling technology solutions, including wireless, security, IP Telephony, software, etc.
- VAR commercial sales experience preferred, at companies such as CDW, Insight, GTSI, IronBow, WorldWide Technologies, etc.
ePlus offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
