Business Development Strategist

About the Role:
As a Business Development Strategist at Randstad USA, you will play a key role in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with enterprise clients. Your primary responsibility will be to sell workforce solutions including consulting, staffing, and managed services.
Responsibilities:
- BUILD STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH ENTERPRISE CLIENTS
- Sell workforce solutions, including consulting, staffing, and managed services
- Partner with internal teams to maximize sales potential and enhance client relationships through effective communication and tailored proposals
- Collaborate with subject matter experts from Cella's Consulting teams to present and qualify opportunities beyond staffing
- Negotiate expectations, terms, conditions, and pricing of services with new clients
- Develop strategic sales plans within assigned market territories that incorporate a land & expand approach
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the creative and digital marketing sectors
- Experience working with strategic accounts
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
- Professional communication skills that include comfort in presenting services at all levels of a client organization
What You'll Get:
