As a Sr Account Manager at Randstad USA, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with enterprise clients.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our team as a Sr Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling workforce solutions to large enterprise clients, with a focus on consultative selling to strategic accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building effective consultative relationships with clients and key contacts, working towards a dynamic level of Trusted-Advisor status. They will also be responsible for promoting the right solutions to address client needs, ensuring that Randstad is positioned to maximize sales potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients
  • Selling workforce solutions, including consulting, staffing, and managed services
  • Working closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations
  • Negotiating expectations, terms, conditions, and pricing of services with new clients
  • Participating in regional daily orders meetings and facilitating efficient sprint meetings to review and assign support against open orders
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the creative and digital marketing sectors
  • Proven sales record closing complex sales in the solutions and IT/Creative staffing space within large and nationally/globally distributed customers
  • Experience working with strategic accounts and developing consultative relationships
  • Professional communication skills, including comfort in presenting services at all levels of a client organization and via various mediums
  • Knowledge of strategic selling concepts and consultative sales
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
