Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team members and monitor performance to ensure compliance with resort standards and operational procedures.
  • Oversee and engage in the efficient and courteous check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Proactively address and resolve issues related to guest accommodations and rates.
  • Train team members to meet expectations and deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Handle and resolve any owner or guest complaints in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of front office areas.
  • Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless operations and coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in supervisory roles and front desk operations.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, along with proficiency in handling payment transactions.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
  • Experience with point of sale software and familiarity with Microsoft Office is required.
