Responsibilities:
- Supervise team members and monitor performance to ensure compliance with resort standards and operational procedures.
- Oversee and engage in the efficient and courteous check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Proactively address and resolve issues related to guest accommodations and rates.
- Train team members to meet expectations and deliver exceptional guest service.
- Handle and resolve any owner or guest complaints in a friendly and timely manner.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of front office areas.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless operations and coordination.
- Familiarize yourself with the resort's accommodations, meeting facilities, services, and common areas.

Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in supervisory roles and front desk operations.

- Experience with point of sale software and familiarity with Microsoft Office is required.
