Responsibilities- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests, including luggage handling, answering questions, and delivering amenities to guest rooms.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of resort lobby areas and grounds.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of resort events, activities, and amenities to provide guests with accurate information and recommendations.
- Assist guests with special requests and provide solutions to ensure their stay is memorable.
- Collaborate with front desk and other guest service areas to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
