Overview:


The Highlands at Harbor Springs is seeking a skilled and friendly Guest Services Attendant to join our team. As a Guest Service Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay with us is unforgettable.

Responsibilities:



  • Assist guests with luggage, provide directions, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the resort lobby and grounds.
  • Deliver amenities and services to guest rooms, such as ice and gift baskets, to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of the property's events, activities, and amenities to provide guests with accurate information.
  • Work closely with the front desk and other guest service areas to ensure seamless service delivery.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
