Business Development Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Community Business Developer to join our team at Surv - Nashville. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with local institutions, businesses, and residents to raise awareness about our company, generate business, and recruit new team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans to meet business goals, think creatively, and work collaboratively with others internally and externally.
- Generate new business through channel partnerships and events, such as real estate and festivals.
- Maintain and leverage warm relations with current channel partners and client relationships to develop 5-6 figure contracts over time.
- Develop corporate partnerships as an employee benefit and health care benefit.
- Referral partners created for recruitment with colleges, churches, and trade schools.
- Coach and mentor a business development intern to support lower-level networking and business development.
Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial mindset, driven to own and meet goals.
- Organizational skills, able to track various tasks, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently.
- Strong local connections and relationships within the community.
- Tenacious, can-do attitude, especially in the face of challenges.
- Kindness, optimism, curiosity, intelligence, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- Applicants must live in Tennessee, own a smartphone, and have reliable transportation.
- Applicants must be available to work full-time (at least 40 hours/week).
