  • Perform thorough policy evaluations, carefully analyzing coverage needs and identifying ways to enhance client protection.
  • Work closely with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate advantageous terms, ensuring optimal coverage for our clients.
  • Efficiently manage policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations, guaranteeing precision and timely execution.
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service by swiftly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting clients throughout the claims process.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and market trends to provide insightful recommendations and customized coverage solutions.
  • Utilize your proficiency in insurance software systems, including Epic, to manage client information, generate reports, and optimize operations.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a relevant role.
  • Expertise in insurance software systems, particularly Epic or similar platforms, to effectively oversee client accounts and enhance processes.
  • Possess a valid Property & Casualty insurance license, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of commercial lines insurance.
  • Additional insurance designations (such as CIC, CRM, or CPCU) are highly beneficial and reflect your dedication to professional advancement.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build and sustain robust client relationships.
  • A client-focused approach and a proven record of delivering superior service to commercial lines clients.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
