About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Exterior Sales Representative to join our team at Elite Construction Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct roof inspections and assessments to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Engage in door-to-door sales and follow up on leads to convert them into customers
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with product information and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
  • Document roofing components, defects, and storm damage findings to support sales efforts
  • Participate in proactive lead generation through door-knocking and referrals
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
