- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management, including regular sales reports, customer updates, and sales performance metrics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Three years of sales experience, preferably in the equipment rental industry.
- Skills: Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, strong planning, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities, and knowledge of construction or related equipment.
- Competitive Compensation: A base salary and monthly commissions based on performance.
