Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Spectrum. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and growing our business in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct needs analyses with potential customers to identify and present solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and customer onboarding.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration.
  • Experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and its trends.
Working Conditions
  • Work in a fast-paced sales environment with frequent travel to customer sites.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
