Job Overview

Compensation: $50,000.00 Annually

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile vendor statements with purchase orders
  • Process vendor payments efficiently
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction
  • Collaborate effectively with the office team and sales staff
  • Handle cash receipts and manage daily deposits
  • Post Funding/EFT transactions
  • Cross-train to assist the office team in various functions
  • Answer dealership group calls as needed
  • Record New and Used Car Deals in the accounting system
  • Calculate and manage commission deals
  • Post Internal Repair Orders accurately
  • Reconcile schedules on a daily basis
  • Manage all aspects of automotive licensing and title processing
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in the auto titling process
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Draft memos, correspondence, reports, and other documentation
  • Organize and file deals
  • Scan various paperwork as required
Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in Accounting or relevant dealership office experience
  • Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • Punctual with the ability to adapt to flexible schedules
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
