Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at SERVPRO of Kosciusko and Noble Counties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell our franchise services in assigned territories, meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.
  • Grow and develop our customer base by identifying new prospects and cultivating relationships through routine contact, visits, and follow-ups.
  • Utilize marketing materials to market our services and sell the benefits.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience.
  • Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector.
  • Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude.
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies.
