Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line support for SMS-related issues, working closely with territory representatives, internal IT resources, and external developers to drive issues to closure.
- Coordinate system changes from design to deployment, participating in the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Evaluate open issues, proactively follow up with relevant parties, and communicate with end-users to ensure timely resolution.
- Produce relevant metrics to identify team productivity and pain points in the process.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to efforts to streamline/improve systems and processes.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- Experience working with information systems or support activities related to field inventory/order management applications is preferred.
- Competency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required.
