Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and develop business cases for solutions.
  • Conduct ad-hoc and routine analyses, communicating effectively with users and requestors.
  • Develop standard and ad-hoc reports to support brand performance assessments and reports.
  • Work with the IT team to develop efficient automated systems for delivering reports to users.
  • Develop report mock-ups and data visualizations to better understand business problems and analytical insights.
  • Uncover commercial opportunities and challenges, collaborating with relevant functional areas to quantify opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop action plans to realize potential opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve information delivery mechanisms through improved processes or superior technology.
  • Collaborate with advanced data science, data quality, market research, and other Analytics teams to deliver comprehensive analytical solutions.
  • Drive continued improvement of data quality management of reporting systems used by Data and Analytics.
  • Work closely with IT to ensure systems and technology roadmaps for analytic tools, processes, and structures are aligned.
  • Adopt advanced IT technologies and software solutions to perform technical simulations and analyses.
Requirements
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in the job offered or related position.
  • Must have experience with reporting and analytics tools, such as SAS/Base programming, R, SQL, Excel, VBA, or similar.
  • Must have experience with Tableau, Qlik, SAP HANA visualization tools, or similar.
  • Must have experience with Big data tools and technologies (AWS or Azure).
  • Must have experience with data and data quality management.
  • Must have experience with information systems and technologies, data warehousing, and reporting systems.
  • Must have experience with managing source data and extracting data for analytical purposes.
Work Arrangements

This role allows for telecommuting work arrangements and remote work up to 5 days per week throughout the U.S. Domestic travel is required up to 10% of the time.
