Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager is a key role within Envista Holdings Corporation, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding relationships with orthodontic customers. This position requires a strong consultative approach, with a focus on building trust and delivering value to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with orthodontic customers, including Orthodontists and their professional and clinical teams
- Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and relationship development, with a focus on the orthodontic industry
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships
- Strong consultative and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and deliver value to customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
