Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in the North Bay and Santa Rosa area. This is a field sales role that requires a consultative approach to match Alcon products and services with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to capitalize on revenue from high-potential customers.
  • Plan and execute pre-booked calls daily to grow sales and shift customer behaviors to dispense Alcon priority products.
  • Execute marketing activities and promotions to maximize sales and contribute to the Area team to develop sales and marketing opportunities.
  • Manage and prioritize time to achieve business results, including selling and promotional activities that increase revenue and profit.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
  • Ability to read fluently, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • 2 years of sales-related experience.
