Job Overview

We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a rewarding career while helping seniors protect what matters most to them.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal and team targets.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Cultivate relationships with prospective clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Customize Insurance Solutions: Customize insurance solutions to meet the individual needs and preferences of clients.
  • Attend Networking Events: Attend networking events, seminars, and other community outreach activities to cultivate relationships.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Goal-Oriented Mindset: Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
  • Knowledge of Insurance Products: Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations (preferred but not required).
  • Willingness to Obtain Licenses: Willingness to obtain necessary licensing and certifications.
Compensation

USD $69,000 - USD $110,000 per year.
