The Automotive Sales Consultant will welcome customers at the dealership, respond to inquiries via phone and email, and maintain regular follow-ups with both potential and existing customers.

Responsibilities of the Automotive Sales Consultant:

  • Prepare and present vehicles to customers for purchase.
  • Guide customers in selecting the right vehicle to suit their automotive needs.
  • Set and achieve strategic sales performance targets.
  • Explain vehicle features and operations to customers during the sales process.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers who have not yet made a purchase.
  • Manage incoming inquiries and schedule customer appointments accordingly.
  • Address customer questions regarding financing options and assist with necessary paperwork.
  • Review warranty coverage, maintenance packages, and available accessories during vehicle delivery.
  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up after the sale.

Qualifications for the Automotive Sales Consultant:

  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Basic computer literacy skills are required.
  • Flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, and some evenings.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
