Candidate Profile:

You possess a motivating and structured sales leadership background, with strategic and tactical experience in managing sales teams within the enterprise software industry, complemented by a collaborative and transparent leadership style. Ideally, your SaaS experience includes work at the application layer. Your sales proficiency encompasses at least 8 years of leadership experience in sales. Ideal candidates will have backgrounds in enterprise SaaS sales teams operating in both direct and indirect sales models, with a strong focus on influencing ARR, NRR, and NPS. Your management experience should demonstrate a track record of developing and evolving teams into high achievers with a focus on account expansion through talent assessment, acquisition, performance management, and succession planning. With a hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach, you have successfully led national or regional sales teams of at least 15 individuals, with multiple management levels. A proven history of achieving enterprise software revenue exceeding $70M is essential. You must possess the technical acumen to learn and articulate the value of our platform and solutions to customers and partners. This position requires national travel.

Compensation Package: Base pay ranges from $215K to $250K, with actual pay depending on various factors, including work location, individual qualifications, company budget, and operational needs. The compensation structure includes commissions and may also feature long-term incentives, subject to specific metrics and company policies.
