Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a seasoned and proactive Compensation Strategy Manager. This pivotal role will play a key part in the planning, design, execution, communication, and maintenance of compensation policies and practices that enable our organization to attract and retain top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive compensation analyses and research market data to inform annual salary structure adjustments, cost of living increases, and overall compensation trends.
  • Model compensation plans to assess financial impacts and competitiveness.
  • Develop and maintain consistent compensation processes and tools, including salary structures, job descriptions, job evaluations, and market pricing.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, assisting HR and management with compensation-related inquiries and program communications.
  • Support the analysis and administration of annual incentive plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state employment laws.
  • Contribute to the implementation of a new HR system, including defining requirements and supporting post-launch activities.
  • Oversee various HR and Compensation projects, including technology enhancements.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • A minimum of five years of compensation experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Experience with administering annual incentive plans is essential.
  • World at Work Certified Compensation Professional designation is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant wage and salary laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
