Core Responsibilities:


• Engage in the formulation and execution of compensation and career strategies, services, and processes tailored to client organizations. This includes, but is not limited to: executive compensation, sales incentives, broad-based compensation structures, performance evaluation frameworks, organizational design, and competency modeling.


• Oversee consulting projects that necessitate the creation of business solutions along with the corresponding project execution plans.


• Support business development initiatives by contributing to proposal writing, participating in finalist presentations, researching potential clients, and other related activities.


• Mentor junior team members by overseeing their work quality, providing constructive feedback, and offering coaching for professional growth.

Qualifications:


• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm or a progressive corporate setting, with a focus on analyzing, designing, and implementing various compensation programs.


• A bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with a quantitative or research focus, such as Economics, Finance, or Mathematics.


• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, including the ability to build models for various scenarios and conduct thorough analyses.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of colleagues and clients.

The salary range for this position is between $84,000 and $105,000, complemented by the potential for a discretionary performance bonus based on organizational profitability and individual performance. Additionally, we offer a robust benefits package, including a non-contributory defined benefit pension plan, matching contributions to a 401(k) profit-sharing plan, medical and prescription coverage, dental benefits, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, wellness reimbursements, and professional development support.
