ROLE OVERVIEW
In the capacity of an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at LVT Corp, you will serve as the primary liaison for our enterprise clients. Your role is vital in ensuring client satisfaction, nurturing enduring relationships, and facilitating the effective implementation of our solutions. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of client requirements, outstanding communication abilities, and a fervor for technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and nurture robust, strategic relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
    • Serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  2. Onboarding and Implementation:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience for new enterprise clients.
    • Provide guidance and support throughout the implementation phase, ensuring clients derive maximum value from LVT Corp's solutions.
  3. Training and Education:
    • Facilitate training sessions to inform clients about the full range of our product capabilities.
    • Keep clients updated on new features, enhancements, and best practices to optimize their utilization of LVT Corp's solutions.
  4. Account Health Monitoring:
    • Proactively oversee customer accounts to identify potential challenges and address them preemptively.
    • Collaborate closely with the technical support team to resolve any technical issues swiftly.
  5. Renewal Management:
    • Work alongside the sales team to ensure timely contract renewals.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and usage patterns.
  6. Feedback Collection:
    • Collect feedback from clients and relay insights to internal teams for product enhancement.
    • Advocate for client needs within the organization to drive continuous improvement of our solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer success or account management role, ideally within the enterprise technology domain.
  • Strong knowledge of video surveillance, analytics, or related technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for analyzing data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.
