Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Experience and Credit Operations Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will gain an understanding of the originations side of the business, from order to handover to TICF. You will analyze customer master data management, participate in solving how TICF can enhance the overall customer experience, and contribute to digital communications such as email invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and thank them for their business through a "Welcome Call" to create a positive customer experience.
  • Validate and obtain vital contact and billing information, including email addresses and phone numbers.
  • Assist departments in Operations in researching missing or incorrect information.
  • Collect data from customer contacts, identify trends, gaps, and root causes, and collaborate with leaders in Customer Service, Funding, and Collections Departments to enhance customer on-boarding and billing procedures.
  • Present findings, analysis, and recommendations for improvement to leadership.
Requirements
  • Current college student or recent graduate in business.
  • Experience in Customer Service is a plus.
