Bilingual Customer Service Representative

At Triumph Financial, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact in our community. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients and ensuring their financial goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective communication with clients regarding daily fundings and resolve disputes in a professional manner.
- Review and verify load submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our risk management protocol.
- Submit debtor credit inquiries and review load documentation to ensure proper imaging in our database.
- Verify freight loads with assigned debtors and make recommendations to Account Executives based on verification and credit results.
- Monitor clients' A/R aging, resolve disputes, and provide ongoing training on our processes and systems.
- Collaborate with team members, debtors, and management to achieve exceptional customer service and risk management.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; four years of customer service experience in lieu of degree considered.
- One year of customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Freight, transportation, or general factoring industry experience preferred.
- Professional customer service and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused at high levels of productivity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual Serbian/Macedonian or Russian required.
Our work environment is moderate, with occasional noise and light traffic. You'll work in a confined area, sitting at a computer terminal for extended periods. Regular attendance is required.
