Job Summary

PacWest Restoration Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with front desk duties, including answering phone calls, responding to voicemails, and taking messages.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and perform general administrative tasks on various projects.
  • Update and maintain current spreadsheets, lists, and job tracking tools.
  • Process payroll and participate in meetings, recording meeting notes.
  • Maintain critical job file details and provide routine administrative support to management.
  • Create files for each construction project and distribute to appropriate departments.
  • Compile documentation and data entry for job updates with business partners.
Requirements
  • Ability to learn and use a variety of software, tools, and systems necessary to meet business needs.
  • Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Previous Administrative Assistant experience is ideal.
  • Beginner to intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.
