As a pivotal member of the Red Bull North America (RBNA) Sales and Trade Marketing team, you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Trade Marketing. Your role will encompass essential functions related to the development and execution of Point of Sale (POS) strategies, from initial concept to final delivery.

To excel in this position, you must possess a deep understanding of the retail landscape, enabling you to create effective merchandising solutions. A keen awareness of emerging trends, shopper insights, and a competitive spirit to ensure Red Bull maintains a top-tier presence in-store are essential.

Your focus will be on large format clients, including mass retailers, grocery chains, and club stores, where you will oversee retail marketing initiatives and visibility strategies for designated accounts.


Key Responsibilities

OVERSEE VISUAL MERCHANDISING & POS STRATEGY

Act as the primary expert and liaison for the POS and merchandising strategies of assigned clients.

Design and execute POS solutions tailored to meet the needs of clients, enhance shopper engagement, and ensure Red Bull's prominent in-store visibility.

Coordinate and communicate Trade Marketing production schedules with all relevant stakeholders.

Assist in the annual business planning process, providing insights on POS solutions that align with commercial and brand objectives.

Manage additional projects as required by business demands.

REGIONAL MARKETING ACTIVITIES

Create temporary display materials that support off-premise sales strategies.

Collaborate with Brand, Operations, Trade Finance, and Sales teams to design in-store promotional programs.

Work with agency partners and vendors to produce impactful, easy-to-assemble temporary displays, technical specifications, and cost-effective production methods.

Support proof of concept initiatives for in-store theater programs, providing estimated cost guidance for planning.

INNOVATE NEW POS SOLUTIONS

Contribute to the development of innovative POS technical solutions and test projects based on business impact and customer requirements.

Engage with key partners, including Global Trade Marketing, US Product, US Shopper Marketing, US Operations, and US Key Account Sales Teams.

Identify opportunities to streamline project workflows and enhance processes.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitive actions, and evolving shopper behaviors through various resources, including publications and events.

ENSURE TOP IN-STORE PRESENCE

Enhance the Look of Success and Perfect Store standards across all assigned projects, customers, channels, and supplier partnerships.

Boost the success of Trade Marketing initiatives through regular market visits, customer interactions, and collaboration with distribution partners.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the consumer packaged goods sector.

Proven project management capabilities.

Technical proficiency in print production processes.

Experience collaborating with agencies or production suppliers.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and Photoshop.

Familiarity with project management tools.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience may be considered.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Additional Information

The base salary range for this role is $102,000 to $113,000, plus cash incentives.

Actual salary offers may vary based on individual work experience.

This salary range is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future.
