Position Overview:
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for enhancing and refining production methodologies under the mentorship of experienced engineers. This position entails aiding in production operations, resolving technical challenges, and executing process enhancements to guarantee effective and superior manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the conception, development, and execution of manufacturing processes and systems.
2. Support the production team by diagnosing equipment and process challenges.
3. Engage in the creation of process documentation, including operational guidelines and standard procedures.
4. Analyze production data to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate new product launches and process advancements.
6. Aid in the setup and calibration of manufacturing machinery.
7. Participate in continuous improvement efforts, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
8. Formulate manufacturing strategies tailored to specific products and processes.
9. Actively engage with engineering project teams to synchronize the introduction of new products.
10. Estimate and monitor manufacturing expenses, establish time standards, and recommend tooling and process needs for new or existing product lines.
11. Define, develop, and transfer manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies, and systems.
12. Maintain records and reporting systems for the coordination of manufacturing operations.
13. Develop, implement, and assess manufacturing engineering plans and projects, communicating them to both internal and external stakeholders.
14. Demonstrate strong project management capabilities using Microsoft Project to adhere to timelines and manage resources.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 0-3 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with at least 4 years of related experience.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality assurance principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of automation and process enhancement tools.
