Position Overview:
The Manufacturing Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing and refining manufacturing processes under the mentorship of experienced engineers. This position entails supporting production operations, resolving issues, and executing process enhancements to guarantee efficient and high-quality manufacturing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and execution of manufacturing processes and systems.
- Support the production team by diagnosing equipment and process challenges.
- Contribute to the creation of process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Analyze production data to pinpoint areas for improvement and efficiency enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate new product introductions and process advancements.
- Aid in the setup and calibration of manufacturing equipment.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.
- Develop manufacturing strategies tailored to specific products and processes.
- Actively participate with engineering project teams to coordinate the launch of new products.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with 0-3 years of relevant experience; or an Associate's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of automation and process improvement tools.
