Qualifications:

To thrive in this position, you must be capable of fulfilling each essential duty. The following qualifications reflect the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Have over 4 years of professional engineering experience with a proven record of success.
  • Project management experience may be required for specific assignments, with a preference for expertise in process engineering.
  • Familiarity with Lean principles and their practical application.
  • Demonstrate strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving abilities in mechanical domains.
  • Knowledgeable in various metal processing techniques, including both manual and automated methods, and capable of specifying required tooling.
  • Proficient in interpreting blueprints and understanding GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing).
  • Adept at evaluating process concepts and pinpointing areas for continuous improvement.
  • Effective communicator across all organizational levels, fostering positive relationships with team members.
  • Skilled in utilizing standard office automation, communication software, and engineering-related tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a talent for applying engineering expertise to tackle challenges.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks, making independent decisions, and adapting to evolving project requirements.
