Job Title: Director of Partnerships and Business Development

Growthspace is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Partnerships and Business Development to lead inorganic growth and strategic partnerships. This role will focus on identifying, developing, and managing key partnerships that drive business growth, expand our market reach, and enhance our product offering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnerships with key players in the HR Tech ecosystem, including technology providers, service firms, and industry influencers.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of small to mid-size referral partners and resellers.
  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap to drive inorganic growth and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, and customer success, to integrate partnerships into our business strategy.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Drive partner acquisition strategies, lead generation, and co-marketing initiatives with partners to accelerate growth.
  • Track and measure the impact of partnerships on revenue, market expansion, and product development.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in the HR Tech or SaaS industry.
  • Significant rolodex within the HR services/tech landscape.
  • A background in HR Tech or familiarity with HR solutions and services with a well-established network of contacts within the HR Tech ecosystem.
  • Experience leading partnerships in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing partnership strategies that resulted in measurable business growth.
