Job Purpose

The primary focus of this role is territory sales management for Gema's standard product offerings, encompassing both distribution sales and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • (25%) Manage specific distributor organizations within the assigned territory.
  • (20%) Develop and implement pricing strategies to achieve sales objectives, which may involve negotiations.
  • (20%) Directly sell automatic gun systems and support booth system sales in collaboration with regional managers or distributor teams.
  • (15%) Oversee sales activities, including setting sales targets, quotas, and performance goals for distributors to align with organizational growth objectives.
  • (5%) Prepare monthly reports detailing networking leads and sales opportunities.
  • (5%) Develop quotations for potential clients.
  • (5%) Provide assistance and insights to regional management to facilitate growth.
  • (2.5%) Participate in national sales meetings and marketing events to enhance networking and territory development.
  • (2.5%) Support distributors in local sales initiatives.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Position Requirements

Travel - Frequent travel is required for this home-based sales position.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This role does not include supervisory duties.

Qualifications: Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to fulfill essential duties effectively. The following qualifications are essential:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or three to five years of relevant experience or training.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including presentation software, spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in distribution or distribution management is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with value selling and technical sales training is preferred.
  • A technical background is a plus.
Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including vendors and international partners.

Mathematical Skills: Competence in calculating figures and applying basic algebra and geometry concepts.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions in different formats.
