Job Summary

STI-TEC is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide executive-level administrative support to the Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) and its Secretariat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including answering phones, taking messages, and coordinating meetings.
  • Draft, review, and update various documents, including memorandums, papers, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate facility and logistics support for conference rooms and operate video teleconference and general audio-visual equipment.
  • Organize and maintain the JROC calendar, tracking daily schedules and de-conflicting calendar and schedule.
  • Perform all required activities to maintain information security, including completion of applicable documentation and scheduling daily security checks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a task order related area and at least 5 years of task relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience facilitating the conduct of meetings, conferences, and working groups through efficient synchronizing and maintenance of calendars, correspondence, and analytic products.
  • Ability to ascertain suitability for executive level attention and compliance with established processes and procedures.
