Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Administrative Specialist to join our team at Chenega Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and logistical coordination for our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review documents, including MOUs, budgets, and supporting documentation, to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain electronic and hard copy files and systems in compliance with USG, Agency, and office standards.
  • Provide administrative support duties, including scanning, copying, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Track and manage USPSC leave balances and ensure funds are appropriately accrued.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • US Citizenship.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics and management support roles.
  • Background Check required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Customer service oriented with the ability to build strong relationships.
