Administrative Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including procurement, calendar management, travel coordination, and event support.
  • Manage incoming communications, process procurement requests, handle vendor set-up, and resolve purchasing issues.
  • Maintain shared calendars, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and process reimbursements.
  • Assist with special events, catering, guest speakers, and onboarding new affiliates.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Experience with SAP, Concur, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and PDF.
