Job Description

Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at ATSG Corporation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, reports, and other documents.
  • Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, as needed.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating events, including meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, including troubleshooting technical problems and finding creative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: 2-8 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
